CONDOTEL CONCEPT

 

Being sold are the most prime condominium units in Boracay.  Buyers therefore, become

co-owners of the interiors of the purchased unit, the common areas of the condominium and

the lot where the building stands which is more or less 2,500 square meters.

 

Each unit will be covered by a Certificate of Condominium Title (CCT).

 

Each unit will be leased back to the Club for 15 years to be managed and operated as a

hotel. The unit shall be part of the pool of rooms for rental and operated by Newport Creek

Hospitality, Inc.

 

During the leaseback period, the unit owner maintains the option to sell his unit anytime

provided the taker will abide, assume and continue with the leaseback agreement.

 

After 15 years, the unit owner will have the option to renew the lease for an additional 15

years to the hotel operators or rent it out on his own.
