The BALAIHARA NEWCOAST VILLATEL project in Newcoast Boracay is the most innovative investment opportunity today. The group is CHAIRED by GEORGE YANG who is President of Golden Arches Development,  the franchise holder of McDonald’s in the Philippines. 

George Yang is also a director of MC Home Depot.

The two other directors in the corporation are Dodie Puno and Lino Barte.

This is in partnership with the Newcoast Properties, Inc. led by Noel Cariño and directors Leroy Tan, Ferdinand Santos and Robert Sobrepeña.

 

 

 

 

 

BALAIHARA VILLATELS

Your own private villa right along the fairway of Boracay’s only resort golf course.

- A total of 9 buildings with a total of 267 units or 30 units per building will be constructed.

- Out of the 267 units, only 90 units will be sold at the launch price.

- The rest of the units will be operated as a hotel or sold at a different price structure.

- Thirty (30) units per one (1) VILLATEL building with three unit types.

- The buildings will be put up on a 2,500 square meter lot.

- Each unit will be covered by a Certificate of Condominium Title (CCT).

- Each unit will be leased back to the Club for 15 years to be managed and operated as a hotel.

The unit owner has the option to sell his unit anytime.

Each unit owner is entitled to thirty 30 days per year personal use of his unit.

After 15 years, the unit owner will have the option to renew the lease for an additional 15 years to the hotel operators or rent it out on his own.

Proceeds from the rental of the units are projected to cover the acquisition cost in about 6 to 7 years from the start of hotel operations.
